Is my photo good enough? We have included step-by-step instructions with photos. Please take note of our guide when taking a photo or choosing a photo to upload. Low-quality photos or poor lighting can result in blurry works. Therefore, please make sure that the color of the hair, eyes, and all other color details are clearly visible in the photo you send us. Also, make sure that your heads are not cut off. With each order, we check the photo and would send an email if another photo is needed. It would be best if you made sure in advance that you upload the best photo you have.
Can I see the work without obligation to purchase? In general, we do not send a proof before printing. We have a large volume of orders each day, so we can only send a proof to customers who purchase a print model.
